Rickie Fowler pulls off a ‘W’ in Phoenix, Arizona winning the Waste Management Phoenix Open and finishing 17-under par total. This isn’t to say the Champion had it easy, but Sunday marked the end of a nearly two-year win drought.
During the final round, Rickie found himself in potential danger after the 11th hole (par 4) triple-bogey 7. Instead of rolling-over, he clutched up, made birdies on 15 and 17 to came out on top – just over Branden Grace (69) by 2.
“I hope I never have to go through that again,” said Fowler.
Relying on his COBRA PUMA gear, he got the job done.
